Testimonials
“For eight years, Lynn was a wonderful city attorney for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. In fact she drafted our initial charter and helped incorporate us and we are not a booming city with over $ 30,000,000 in annual revenues. She helped the initial elected officials learn how to be leaders and how to perform as a Commission. She also drafted some of the most innovative and intelligent legislation any City has known. She practices preventative law and we had virtually no litigation when she was city attorney. She is an excellent counselor; I can highly recommend her as both a lawyer and municipal consultant.”Norman S. Edelcup, Mayor of Sunny Isles Beach
“Lynn is an extremely effective lawyer, problem-solver and critical thinker. I have worked with Lynn (and many of her clients) for the past 30 years both in public and private settings. Her knowledge of land use and zoning, not to mention the inner workings of government-whether on behalf of a local agency or on behalf of a private client- is exceptional. She is well regarded in the community at large and has access to a broad range of people and resources. Her people skills, her legal and consulting skills, and her leadership and coaching skills raise the bar for everyone else. You want Ms. Dannheisser on your team of professionals.”Seith Gordon, Managing Principal of GDB Miami (The Miami Relations Firm), a business advisory and public affairs firm specializing in Miami

“In working with Lynn as a consultant, I find that she is able to clarify and communicate complex issues in a way that enables us to quickly understand the challenges we are facing because she has a very impressive set of critical thinking skills. She quickly exposes the most relevant components of a problem or situation, sifts out the relevant information and frames a course of action that is understandable and actionable. Lynn combines her 35 years as a legal counsel, leadership and municipal consultant and coach to facilitate creative and effective resolutions..”Wayne S. Gerber
