A. Conflict Resolution

“We don’t get harmony when everybody sings the same note. Only notes that are different can harmonize. The same is true with people.” –  Steve Goodier

Lynn Dannheisser is a comprehensively trained, certified circuit court mediator. As a mediator, she acts as an impartial, neutral third party in a voluntary, confidential, and cooperative process, assisting the parties and their counsel in a legal or other dispute to allow them to determine a self-generated solution. This process has resulted in many successful, mutually acceptable agreements.

A certified life coach and a former professor in the art of negotiation, Ms. Dannheisser has wide experience counseling individuals, organization- some public (like City Commissions) and some private (organizations with seemingly unresolvable conflicts) to take varying, conflicting agendas and negotiate a win-win solution.

B. Executive Leadership and Personal Life Coaching

“I would suggest that if your best thinking got you here, it may be time to think about things in a slightly different way.” – Lynn Dannheisser

Whether on behalf of individuals or organizations and systems, Lynn Dannheisser has been writing and teaching about critical thinking, decision-making, how to effectuate change and problem-solve in a way that promotes both the individual and common good. She has done training in this area for elected officials, managers, aspiring candidates, lawyers and corporate leaders in a variety of settings. People and organizations are similar in that in when change is required, both are generally resistant. Using methodologies that promote reflection, communication, leadership, and personal mastery of critical thinking, Lynn has led the way to effective solutions and lasting change.

Ms. Dannheisser is the author of the book “What’s Wrong with Me?” published by McGraw Hill that uses her model of critical thinking skills in assisting patients in getting an accurate diagnosis.

“Practicing as a consultant in driving large organizational transformation, there is no predicting where and when the path can become treacherous and consuming. Lynn has interpreted, designed and strategically facilitated critical discussions among vested interests, effectively leading to new insights and stronger alignment. The value of the level of discussion Lynn stimulates has amazed me, in the situation, and has led to greater innovations and thinking, over time. Lynn has guided me and my team to perspectives that were unseen until she refreshed our thinking.”

“I met Lynn while completing mediation training. Of course I knew of Lynn’s reputation as a private attorney at Holland and Knight and for her work as a City Attorney for many years. I found Lynn to be insightful, energetic, patient and effective. Her reputation in the community is excellent as is her competence. She has the skills, patience and personality which is well suited to be a very effective mediator in any dispute. I highly recommend her.”
